Happy Spaces, LLC has been a short-term rental host for over six years and has been investing in real estate for over twenty. Our team manages more than fourteen five-star medium and short-term rentals nationwide, and we pride ourselves on superior customer service and clean, comfortable spaces.

Real estate has been in Norma Richards's family for two generations. She first learned real estate watching her father manage rental properties in Flint, Michigan. Her problem-solving skills have been fine-tuned over many years providing solutions to clients and guests in the short-term rental industry.

She is an author and a proud graduate of Howard University, where she majored in Microbiology. Before moving into real estate full time, she owned a women's boutique in Columbus, Ohio — and her eye for design and style translates into her creativity in interior design.
